The recombinant human IL- 21 mature protein contains 131 amino acids and exhibits biological activity in monomeric form. It can promote the proliferation and differentiation of bone marrow NK cells, synergistically stimulate the proliferation of B cells with anti-CD40 antibodies and synergistically stimulate the proliferation of T cells with anti-CD3 antibodies.
